This year’s swap meet will be held Sunday, Sept. 25th.

Outside Vending:

There are NO OUTSIDE SPACES RESERVED. Gates will open up at 12:01 a.m. on Sept. 25th for outside vendors. Remember that Fremont Antique Car Club is NOT responsible for anything moved, lost, or stolen. Please stay with your merchandise at all times, even over night. We DO NOT have security personnel there to watch your merchandise. For information about outside vending contact us. Things to remember, No Live Animal Sales, No Firearms Traded or Sold.

Inside Vending:

Inside vending spaces can be reserved. You can unload your merchandise from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sept. 24th but are not allowed to set up your table until the next morning. Doors will open at 5:00 a.m. on the 25th for you to set up your tables. If your are interested in reserving an inside space, Click Here, to fill out the inside vending application, print it out, and mail it to the address on the application.  Things to remember, No Dogs, No Live Animal Sales, No Firearms Traded or Sold.

Fremont has several motels in the area. This is a partial list of the motels in Fremont but keep in mind that we are not responsible for any items moved, lost or stolen if you leave them out at the swap meet over night unguarded.

Rules:

We try to keep things as simple as we can but we do have some things that we must insist on.                       

1) No Dogs (inside vending), outside vending, dogs must keep them on a leash and must remain in their rented space away from swappers.

2) No Bikes, Golf Carts, 4-wheelers, or other motorized vehicles are allowed in the swap meet area with the exception of motorized wheelchairs for handicapped personnel.

3) No Firearms Traded or Sold

4) No Live Animal Sales.
