In 1966 the Fremont Antique Car Club was founded for the preservation and restoration of antique cars and trucks as well as to educate those interested in antique cars.  Our members today don’t own just antique cars anymore; some members have classics, modified, rods, and late model cars and trucks.  What started out as a few guys getting together once a month has grown into a club with over 100 members that enjoy getting their cars out of the garage and on the road.

“The car is just a passing fad, the horse is eternal”

~Henry Ford’s Banker, 1903

Main Event – The club hosts its annual Fremont Antique Car Club Swap Meet every year on the fourth Sunday in September.  As one of Nebraska’s oldest and largest one-day swap meet, this event brings people into Fremont from several states.  Our club members work hard to ensure that the vendors and buyers have a pleasurable experience.

“Any man who can drive safely while kissing a pretty girl is simply not giving the kiss the attention it deserves.”

~Albert Einstein

Giving Back – We know that our success depends on our community and that is why the Fremont Antique Car Club donates money and food to local organizations.  We also sponsor a scholarship for local graduating high school students who are going to an automotive-related field at a college or trade school.

“Movement is the universal language of personal freedom.”

~Louis Chevrolet

Membership – If you would like to become a member or would like to learn more about the club, contact us and we’ll get you some information.  Although our name has “Antique” in it, we welcome classic, modified, and late model cars and trucks as well as any special interest vehicle.  Click on the membership link to learn more.
